'Single-dish Sub-mm Spectral Database of Low-mass YSOs' hosted at Leiden Observatory

About LOMASS: Over the past decade, the molecular astrophysics group at Leiden Observatory has obtained a comprehensive dataset of various molecular lines toward a large number of Class 0 and Class I young stellar objects (YSOs) through various research projects. In addition, data from other projects on the same targets has been downloaded from the raw data archive. This website is a public web archive of the reduced data from the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope (JCMT) and Atacama Pathfinder EXperiment (APEX, especially the CHAMP+ instrument). Both single pointings and small maps are presented. The spectral data provide information on the chemical and physical properties of low-mass YSOs and provide a reference for higher resolution interferometry data, especially ALMA.

Limitations and Further Developments

The dataset is currently limited to Class 0 and Class I low-mass YSOs from James Clerk Maxwell Telescope (JCMT) and Atacama Pathfinder EXperiment (APEX).

Please email Umut.Yildiz@jpl.nasa.gov for questions, remarks or updates to the database.
